Advanced booking required - same day appointments subject to availability
Payment must be completed within 30 minutes to confirm booking

All bookings are subject to therapist availability
Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes
Payment is required to confirm your booking
You must be 18 years or older to book services
Minors (under 18) require parental consent and supervision
Valid identification may be required upon arrival

Service Limitations & Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse service for health and safety reasons
Services are provided by licensed and certified professionals only
We are not liable for individual reactions to treatments
Customers with certain medical conditions may be required to provide medical clearance
Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service
No refund will be provided for terminated services due to misconduct
